NESACCESSORIES EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We're all about sparkling joy with our jewelry, and we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Here's how our hassle-free exchange and return process works:


1. 7-Day Return Window

You’ve got 7 days from the date your jewelry arrives to let us know if you’d like to return or exchange it. We want you to be completely happy with your order, so take your time to make sure it’s the perfect piece for you.


2. How to Return or Exchange Your Jewelry

Returning or exchanging your Nesaccessories jewelry is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days
    Email us at orders.nesaccessories@gmail.com with your order details and let us know you’d like to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Video Evidence
    We ask that you send a short video (30-60 seconds) showing the product in its original condition. Please make sure to capture:

    • The item from different angles.
    • Any packaging, tags, or accessories that came with it.
    • That it’s still in unworn, unused condition (with no scratches or damages).

    Pro tip: Make sure the video is well-lit and clear – like your new jewelry deserves!

  3. We'll Schedule a Pickup for You
    Once you’ve sent your video and confirmed the return/exchange, we’ll schedule a free pickup from your home for the jewelry. It’s that easy!

  4. Pack Your Jewelry
    Make sure the item is packed securely in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories. Your item should be in the exact condition it was received, unworn and unused.


3. What Happens if the Pickup Fails?

Please note:

  • If the pickup attempt fails (for reasons like incorrect address or no one being available to hand over the package), the return/exchange will be canceled. We want to make this as smooth as possible, so please be ready for the pickup and ensure you’re available.

4. Exchange or Refund Options

  • Exchange: If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for a different piece, just let us know! We’ll send out the new item as soon as we receive the original one back in perfect condition.
  • Refund: If you’d prefer a refund, we’ll issue it back to your original payment method once we’ve received the returned jewelry. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after the return is approved.

5. Important Notes:

  • Custom/Personalized Jewelry: Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
  • Condition: Jewelry must be in new, unworn, and unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Any signs of wear or damage will unfortunately not be eligible.
  • Return Shipping: We’ll cover the cost of the pickup, but if the pickup fails, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us at your own expense.
  • Timeline: We need to receive the item back within 7 days from when you initiated the return or exchange request.
